1. Collection & Storage of Professional and Prescription Data
You consent to WONDRx collecting and storing the following categories of data on its secure systems:
a) Your name, qualifications, specialization, registration number, and professional contact details
b) Prescriptions, consultation notes (written and voice), patient reports, and treatment information generated by me through the platform
c) Platform usage and technical data
This processing is necessary to enable digital prescription services, patient access, record maintenance, and platform functionality.
2. Digital Sharing with Patients
You consent to prescriptions and consultation records created by you being digitally shared with your patients through the platform for continuity of care and record access and any other required purposes.
3. Sharing Triggered by Patient Service Requests
You understand that if a patient chooses to order medicines, book diagnostic tests, or access other services through the platform, or has given consent to you for such processing, the patient’s relevant prescription and health information may be shared with the selected Service Provider for fulfilment of the patient’s request.
4. Anonymised & Aggregated Use for Analytics and Research
You consent to WONDRx using prescription and usage data in anonymised and aggregated form (where neither you nor the patient is identifiable) for:
a) Clinical and healthcare analytics
b) Statistical analysis and trend identification
c) Medical research and industry insights
d) Platform development and improvement
You acknowledge that your identity will not be disclosed in anonymised outputs.
5. Display of Professional Information
By continuing to use this App, you consent to WONDRx displaying your professional information, including name, specialization, qualifications, registration details, and clinic information, and other relevant and required informationto patients, insurance companies (plus their associates) & other healthcare providers using the platform.
6. Retention & Record Maintenance
Your consent to WONDRx retaining your data for as long as necessary to:
a) Provide platform services
b) Maintain digital medical records
c) Comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
d) Address disputes or claims
You acknowledge that your data will not be retained longer than required under applicable law.
7. Automated Processing & Platform Analytics
You understand that WONDRx may use automated systems and analytical tools to process prescription (handwritten and voice nots) and usage data for improving service quality, platform functionality, and operational efficiency.
8. Promotional Communication
By continuing to use this App, you agree to receive promotional and marketing communication from WONDRx.
Your Rights
You understand that You have the right to:
a) Withdraw optional consent at any time
b) Request correction of inaccurate professional data
c) Raise grievances regarding processing of my data

By continuing to use this App, you provide your consent to collect, store, or process your data on the platform.
1. Collection & Storage of Business & Operational Data
You consent to WONDRx collecting and storing the following categories of data on its secure systems:
a) Business name, address, contact details
b) License and registration information
c) Banking and settlement details
d) Order fulfilment and transaction data
e) Customers referred by WONDRx or Customers uploaded by you on the App
f) Platform usage and technical data
This processing is necessary to enable service integration, transaction management, settlements, and platform functionality.
2. Display of Business Information to Patients
You consent to WONDRx displaying your business name, service offerings, address, ratings (if applicable), and contact details to patients, doctors, insurance companies using the platform for service fulfilment and other related needs.
3. Receipt of Patient Data for leads or orders
You understand that when a patient places an order intent (lead) or confirms an order or does booking through the platform, WONDRx will share such patient’s prescription and relevant personal details (including name, contact information, and delivery address where applicable) with you strictly for fulfilling such requests.
You acknowledge that once such data is shared, you are independently responsible for processing it in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
4. Identifiable Analytics
You consent to WONDRx using transactional and operational data in identifiable form (where your business and patients data is identifiable) for:
a) Support and services as may be needed from WONDRx
b) Research and analytics
c) Market and financial analysis
d) Service optimisation
e) Platform improvement
Your business identity will be disclosed in such outputs.
5. Personalised Advertising & Promotional Communication
You consent to WONDRx using your platform activity and behavioural data to:
a) Send personalised promotional communication
b) Offer targeted advertising or branding opportunities
6. Retention & Compliance
You consent to WONDRx retaining your data for as long as necessary to:
a) Provide platform services
b) Maintain transaction records
c) Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
d) Address disputes or claims

WONDRx processes your personal data based on your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 along with further amendments. WONDRx acts as a Data Fiduciary and processes your personal data based on your consent under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules.
1. Collection & Storage of Your Data
You consent to WONDRx collecting and storing the following categories of my personal data on it’s secure systems:
a) Name, age, gender, contact details, address
b) Health information, prescriptions, voice notes, videos, reports, and consultation records
c) Transaction details relating to services ordered along with payments
d) App usage and technical information
e) Data received from Healthcare Providers including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and other service providers as part of your treatment and care.
This data will be stored to enable digital health record access, order placement, service delivery, anonymized analytics and platform functionality.
2. Display & Digital Access
You consent to my prescriptions, reports, and related medical information being digitally displayed within the App for my access and management.
3. Sharing with Service Providers Upon My Confirmation
If you choose to order medicines or book diagnostic or other healthcare services through the App, you consent to WONDRx sharing your relevant personal and health data with the healthcare providers (including but not limited to pharmacies, diagnostic labs, and other service providers) involved in fulfilling my prescription or healthcare requests strictly for fulfilling my request.
You have read this explicit note and you consent to the same: “Your prescription and relevant information will be shared with all relevant and necessary Service Providers from time to time as per requirement for dispensing/testing and/or providing any healthcare related services.”
By continuing to use this App, you “Confirm” to such data sharing. You can revoke your consent anytime via WONDRx App.
4. Sharing this Service Providers
By continuing to use this App, you confirm that you doctor may/will share your prescription and relevant medical information with healthcare providers (such as pharmacies, diagnostic labs, or other service providers) and/or insurance companies (plus their associates etc) for the purpose of fulfilling your treatment and service requests.
You authorise WONDRx to facilitate such sharing on behalf of your doctor and/or yourself through the platform
5. Retention & Record Maintenance
You consent to WONDRx retaining your data for as long as necessary to:
a) Provide services
b) Maintain digital health records
c) Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
d) Resolve disputes
Data will not be retained longer than necessary under applicable law.
6. Anonymised & Aggregated Use for Data analytics
You consent to WONDRx using your data in anonymised and aggregated form (where you cannot be identified) for:
a) Medical and healthcare research
b) Clinical and statistical analysis
c) Development and improvement of services
d) Collaboration with research and healthcare organisations
You acknowledge that your identity will not be disclosed in such use. However in case of receiving services from Healthcare Providers, it is mandatory to share your data with the relevant service providers and you consent to such sharing.
7. Processing of Children’s Data
You agree that you are above 18 years of age.
If the User is below 18 years of age, consent must be provided by a parent or lawful guardian. WONDRx will process such data in accordance with applicable law and will not undertake tracking, behavioural monitoring, or targeted advertising directed at children.
8. Automated Processing & Analytics
You understand that WONDRx may use automated systems and analytics tools to process your data for improving platform performance, service recommendations, and operational efficiency.
9. Promotional Communication
By continuing to use this App, you agree to receive promotional and marketing communication from WONDRx.
Your Rights
You understand that you have the right to:
a) Withdraw your consent at any time
b) Request correction of inaccurate data
c) Request erasure of your personal data, subject to legal requirements
d) Contact the Grievance Officer for complaints
