Application

WonDRx is a lead generating platform. WonDRx solution connects health care partners to the doctors and the patients. WonDRx technology enables real time digitization of the Doctor’s written prescription which is then shared with the healthcare service providers. Digitized prescription is shared by the doctor or the patient themselves. This can happen almost immediately once the doctor submits the prescription. This in turn allows healthcare providers like chemists, labs etc to service customers more efficiently and create a customer loyalty.
WonDRx application gets auto locked if not used for more than 30 days. To unlock, kindly provide your registered mobile number and submit. You will receive an OTP on your mobile. Please use the OTP to verify your account. On submitting the OTP, you will be able to log into your account successfully.

You can view the doctors who are connected with you from WonDRx Partner application. All you need to do is:-

Click on the Menu , select My Doctor option to see all the connected doctors.

Yes, you can connect with new doctors. You will need to fill doctor details with whom you would like to connect. Once the doctor has registered with WonDRx and after you have paid an annual partnering charges you can start receiving the prescription leads from that doctor directly.

    • How can I update/change my profile?:

    • Click on the Menu , select My Profile option and you can change / update your profile and then click on Save to save the changes.

Rx Views

All new Rx leads will be present on the home page of the application under the New Rx tab

Just click on the View Rx button and view the Rx received from your doctor or patient directly. Based on the patient requirements, you can provide services and click on Delivered and complete the transaction.

Rx Served means the Rx which was generated in the system was viewed and served by the User. All Rx served will be seen as Delivered under Order History tab on the home page.

Rx Rejected means the Rx which was generated in the system was not viewed by the User and the User has rejected to serve that Rx before viewing. All rejected Rx will be seen as “Rx Rejected under Order History tab on the home page.

In Process Rx are the Rx generated in the system that are already viewed by the user and the user is in the process of serving these Rx. All the Rx which are in process can be seen under In Process tab on the home page.

Rx not served means the Rx which was generated in the system, was viewed by the user but due to different reasons, user was not able to serve the patient. The User may claim the credit back for the Rx not served. All Rx not served will be seen as Credit_Claimed under Order History tab on the home page

Rx Credits

Rx credit is the available credit which allow the user to view and serve the Rx leads.

See your balance Rx credit under Rx credit wallet . All you need to do is :

Click on the Rx Credit wallet at the top right corner on the homepage and see your balance Rx credit.

You can check your bonus Rx credit coins under Rx credit wallet . All you need to do is :

Click on the Rx Credit wallet at the top right corner on the homepage and see the details of the bonus Rx credits earned / received.

You can purchase additional Rx credit coins from the app itself. All you need to do is: Click on the Rx Credit wallet ,

at the top right corner on the homepage and click on “Add Rx Coins”. Specify the number of Rx coins you want to purchase and make the payment to complete the order..

You can request for Rx coin refund under the following situations –

      ● If you were out of stock for the products required by the patient ● If you did not provide the service required by the patient for any other reason
    • If you were not able to serve the patient after the Rx was generated and viewed

    • If you were not able to contact the patient to provide the service after you had viewed the prescription

    • If you were out of stock for the products required by the patient

    • If you did not provide the service required by the patient for any other reason

Refund claim for the Rx viewed is allowed only if it was not served by you (as per the reasons specified above). To process the refund, follow these steps:

Click on the “Order History” tab on the home page. Select the Rx which is not served by you and click on “Claim Back Credit” button, specify the reason and submit the request. The support team will verify the credit claim request and refund the Rx credit to the User after verification.

Payments

Payment can be made through following modes:

    • Net Banking

    • Debit / Credit Card

    • Wallets

    • UPI / BHIM

    • Cheque(only for annual registration)

You can see all your transactions related to the Rx credit purchase. All you need to do is:

Click on the Rx Credit wallet and view details of all previous transactions.

Annual fee once paid cannot be claimed for refund. However, in case of double payments for the same service, refund will be issued. Please mail your query to support@wondrx.com.

Rx credit once purchased cannot be claimed for refund. Please mail your query atsupport@wondrx.com.

Data Security

Rx data is co-owned by the doctor & the specified patient. WonDRx is only authorized by co-owners to share this data as applicable.

We take patient data privacy very seriously. All data exchange is encrypted to ensure stringent data privacy. Only the Doctor and the connected ecosystem will be able to view and access the information as and when shared by the doctor or the patient.

No individual can edit or temper with the data.

The Rx generated in the system will be shared with only one partner at any given point of time. However, if the partner rejects and/or does not view the Rx in the specified time period, then the Rx will be shared with another partner.

No, the user will not be able to download the patient data.

Refer

Yes, you can refer new partners by following these steps- Click on “Refer us” on the home page, select the partner type, specify name and contact number. of the partner you are referring.

OR

By sending the request for new partner registration on support@wondrx.com with partner basis details such as Name, Mobile Number or Email Id.

Yes, you can refer a doctor by following these steps-

Click on the Menu , select My Doctor option, click on Refer a Doctor, fill up basis information of the doctor and submit.

OR

By sending the request with doctors basic details such as Name, Mobile Number or Email Id on support@wondrx.com.

User can invite new customer to use WonDRx app by following these steps-

Click on Invite Customer icon and a link for downloading the application will be shared can be shared with the customers.Thru which you can invite customers and serve them as per the requirement

User Responsibilities

No, you are required to maintain high level data privacy regarding patients data. Any liability of data privacy breach will be borne by you under the circumstances of data breach at your end.

You are not allowed to use any of patients data for commercial purposes. Any such act by you will be considered as violation of terms and conditions and can lead to stern/legal action against you.

Yes, you can contact patient from any other mobile / landline number only for specified purposes.

Grievance

For any service / product related grievance, just email us at support@wondrx.comand raise a request. The support team will contact the user to resolve the issue.
